STABILISING SOLUTION CLEAR 5L WATER BASED

Everbuild painted unpainted friable surface stabilsing solution primer specially formulated microscopically fine polymer emulsion that penetrates deeply into dusty chalky and badly weathered surfaces and binds them together leaves a stable sound base for further decoration with paint wallpaper tiling etc. A fine polymer emulsion that deeply penetrate badly weathered surfaces suitable for use on chalky and dusty surfaces and areas were plaster and cement have started to become unstable. This is a must have product for all decorators.
