Sandtex Trade Quick Dry Stabilising Solution 5L is a water-based stabiliser for most exterior masonry surfaces and exterior grade building boards. It is used to treat chalking, weathered and porous surfaces and is quick drying. Touch dry in 1 hour under normal conditions and recoatable after 4 hours.
